Insider Trading Summary Reports
July 18, 2008
Dear Reader,
I regret to report that the group that runs the SEDI.CA website feels that these free services on www.grahamanalytics.com are in contravention of their Authorized Use of Web Site rules. I have been instructed to remove both the Insider Trading and Insider Holding services from my website. While I do not agree with their ruling, and feel that everything I have published here is in the public domain, my website is not a revenue generator. I do not have the resources to contest this decision. Nor do I have the resources to subscribe to SEDI’s service (at the suggested fee of $15,600). Clearly, transparency as provided in my unique reports is not seen as consistent with the objectives of SEDI.CA, a service run for all the securities commissions in Canada. Seems odd to me, since transparency is one of the stated objectives in the creation of SEDI.CA. While I have received many favourable notes on this service from around the world, it remains a service that I will no longer be able to publish on this website. Who knows? Maybe we’ll get lucky and they’ll figure out how to do what I’ve created and will offer such a service on their own. I won’t hold my breath.
Sincerely,
