Hard Rock Miner’s Handbook and Rules of Thumb
Free downloads, these books are detailed ‘how to’ guides, more for miners than explorers, but not without value on the exploration side. It’s important to understand the mining activity that follows exploration to avoid major logistical pitfalls. My own review of both suggests that they hold significant contextual value for those of us who are looking seriously at junior exploration stocks. You’ll need to fill out a form to enable the download. The first is more than 300 pages, the Rules of Thumb just 58 pages. Worth the effort.
